It is under warranty, i get all my services done at the dealer . Whenever they are due and pay $0.

You've admittedly tuned your car… if anything catastrophic happens the warranty is toast, BMW is going to tell you or whoever owns this car to kick rocks

Edit: don't confuse complementary maintenance/service for warranty

I'm sure, but as of now if you look up the vin it is still under warranty and still covered if i remove the bolt-ons .

If something breaks it won't matter if you removed the bolt ons… you've flashed your car. No amount of going back to stock will hide the fact that this car was tuned - they are going to find out and won't cover any issues. BMW is serious about this stuff now, as they should be.
