Let's talk pricing on a unicorn...
I know the majority of the market for 2018 comp package cars is around 55-65 maybe depending on options and miles. How much would you guys be willing to spend for a special car, individual paint, low miles (less than 3k). Pretty hard to put a price or value on the car since not much to compare it to. Obviously the car is coming out of factory warranty soon, but I know additional warranty through BMW or third part is available as well.

The only "unicorn" I hear of is a 6MT ZCP M3 with a Sunroof.

If it’s the right color and options, you might get someone to pay more.
Good luck with the sale and hope you can get a good price. Its always hard to eat a lot of depr on an almost new car |

I'll bite. I would pay 2-3K over what I consider fair for comparables in terms of options (including both individual color AND low miles). An M3 with 3K miles is not a Ferrari 458 with 3K miles. They are different worlds, the lower miles M3 doesn't command much more because of mileage unfortunately, but the Ferrari will. However if it is a really unique color and someone has ants in their pants over it then its a how much will the smitten buyer overpay?
Gorgeous car above by the way! Hopefully not sellers remorse...

Hard to beat LSB over cloth as far as F80 unicorns go - maybe something like Santorini Blue, Titanium Silver or Space Gray over real red leather with a 6MT.
I spent many nights lusting over your old LSB car that's for sure. |

depends on options and what individual paint.
- dct, sunroof, champagne/yellow/urban green or - manual, cf roof, nardo grey / grigio / purple / imola red these two cars even if the same miles and year will be priced pretty different.

I would be curious on the thoughts around this. I currently have a 2017 30Jahre M3 which only 30 came to Canada and I think 100 to the states so the macao blue individual and ind seats etc. and it only has 3000 miles on it. That edition came with the premium, exec and comp packs. I never thought the jahre edition would really add much value but perhaps as time goes on. Also the longer they leave that grill on the G80 should help keep values high on the F80. I also added full front end PPF, MPE exhaust, front lip and splitters, carbon spoiler and diffuser all M Perf brand and ind side markers. All the accessories installed about $10k. How much of a premium over a regular zcp f80 comp would you think that combo is worth? I wouldn't say its a unicorn by any means but it's definitely unique and hard to find with the low mileage being a big factor.

I'd also pay 2-3K more for anything unique bout an F80. That would include any tasteful mods or maintenance (PPF)
any "special" low mileage F80 won't be head and shoulders above it's peers in value until time goes by and they become more rare and or desired. There are simply too many made. It's not a low production number vehicle.
