Opinions on this fully loaded 2017 F80 M3 with CPO?

I am thinking of a pre-owned CPO 2017 BMW M3. It's decked out with all the options, including competition package, executive, lighting, carbon ceramic brakes, and even the M performance steering wheel and rear automatic shades. This is also a CPO with the CPO warranty lasting another 10 months. It has a clean car fax and I think a pretty good price. Any red flags you guys see here?

I also noticed on the Carfax that it was originally registered in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, which I understand where certain M school cars were registered, but I also understand that BMW does not CPO M performance school cars. Could this be a M performance school or demo car? Anything I should be aware or concerned about?

Manheim has it's estimated retail value between $50,100 and $56,800. You can use this to possibly negotiate a little.

Seeing it having CCB and being registered in Woodcliff Lake together made me think it was a M driving school car.

If so, would BMW have CPO'ed the car? My understanding is that BMW disqualifies the car for CPO if it were an M driving school car.
