Crank hub and charge pipe issues

Just wondering if any of the GTS has/had those 2 common issues? I have a 15 m4 for almost 6 years, and nothing happened to me yet.

There are so few M4 GTS', especially ones with higher mileage or tuned, that I cannot imagine there are many instances of a spun crankhub or a cracked charge pipe. On the S55 in the GTS the only issue I'm aware of is the intercooler coolant leak that all S55s are at risk of.

Additionally we have water injection issues, but those aren't because of the S55, but rather the water injection system itself.

Only a handful are tuned and most have <10k miles, so very unlikely that you'll see any with issues for quite some time.

True, but good to know at least nothing happened on this forum so far.

I am looking into a custom tune now that I'm out of warranty (potentially with E30 or E85 and if using 93, trying to convert the water injection to methanol).

But I will do the crank hub fix before I tune it.

Mine has spun the hub. While my friend owned the car, on track in the rain. Spinning rear tires on the front straight and it hooked up on a dryer patch of road and slipped the hub. It was repaired with a max psi kit at the dealer and has been fine ever since. It had an AA tune on it at the time.
