I've never shipped something this heavy or large before but UPS ground is estimated at ~$150. I used dimensions of 80'' / 20'' / 10'' @ 70lbs on their website.

Oddly enough, I am traveling to Herndon, VA every week these days for work which seems very close to your zip.

Haha yes, that's VERY close to where I live. The only other way I could think of is checked baggage lol.

Yeah, I'm going to call United about that and see how much it will be. It would be nice if I could take it on the plane and you could just pick it up from the airport. Let me get back to you on that.

Haha, my bad, I was joking about the whole checked baggage thing. I'm trying to price with some local shops to see if it's better/less expensive to mod a stock exhaust or have them make one from scratch. I'll keep you posted!
