2015 manual Yas Marina Blue m3 SOLD

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
For sale is my 6-speed manual 2015 M3. Price is $49,999 OBO.

Update: I am either going to take an offer of 48,750 from a dealer or have this go to auction if not sold by the middle of this week. I need this sold. Carmax offered 50k if I remove the tune but I'd have to make an appt at the tuner shop which is a 2 week out thing and then pay $500 for the removal. It's not worth my time. THIS is a STEAL.

It is a really clean car with a clean title and priced WAY below anything else on the market with this mileage.

Has a custom tune from BrenTuning (425 whp on a mustang dyno). Car has stronger, longer lasting track pads and a xpel clear bra (front nose and behind all wheels). It also has Navigation and a Carbon Fiber Roof. no backup sensors to my knowledge as they don't come up when in reverse. It does have adaptive suspension I believe. All rims have no curb rash and are in perfect shape.

Car comes with a full warranty from BMW. Car is up to date on all service and has been very well cared for. The two front tires have been replaced only a month ago. The rear tires are in decent shape, but not superb.

ONLY negative (was this way before I bought it) is the front lower part of the front bumper (lip) has very small spider web cracking that takes up about a penny of area. I was told the previous owner hit a bump. As a result, the lower lip is not perfectly horizontal although you’d have to lay down on the ground and stare at it to notice. To me it’s not worth fixing it. I covered it up with a vinyl M sticker. The car is priced with this small blemish in mind.

This site is not letting me post pictures with success for some reason but pics are at cars.com and autotrader. List of specs on the car can be found in autotrader pics.

someone buy this! I'm practically giving this away. This mileage with a clean title is the absolute lowest in the US at the moment.

Carmax offered me $50,000 (but I have to remove the tune which is a pain and pay to have it removed). First person to just match carmax I will probably accept it. I have to pay for home expenses and need this gone!

GLWS! Never thought I'd see a car with under 20k miles go for so little

AJM1125 I can't believe it either. I've had over a dozen people try to offer me even less than carmax offered me.

I need it gone but it seems the market for a 50k+ sports car is much less than anticipated..It's already an absolute steal.

I'd be more interested if it had the LED headlights. Just sell it to Carmax instead of hanging around to see if you can get another $500.

f00dstamps I just called BMW and had them confirm that the LED headlights are on my car but to be honest I'm not sure because I don't see it as an option on my spec sheet for the car.

I am about to add a pic of the extra options on the car. see ad shortly.

I second this recommendation! 2015 prices will continue to drop so your best bet is to take Carmax up on their offer before the 10 day offer expires. Even with a private party sales, you need to deal with getting a check from the buyer or their bank. Carmax cuts you a check in 5 mins so you can buy your next toy!

espressoo that is very true but I financed the car. I don't feel very eager paying it off and was hoping to have the buyer just deal with my financing company and go that route.

I could just pay it off and go to carmax but was seeing how things went first trying to sell it to a private party. Just to get a title after paying it off takes 2 weeks with my credit union I financed through...

Not to mention the car is tuned and carmax added a note in the system that the offer was contingent on me removing the tune. I'd then have to have the bumper taken off and ecu put back to stock. but I'm not even sure they'd know if it was there if i said it was off.

Bump, price lowered. This is an absolute steal. It has to be the best deal on this generation of car out there at the moment. Isn't there an enthusiast in the market for this at a huge discount??

If you still decide to go the Carmax route but still owe on the car, they simply call your bank or whomever you financed it through and determine the pay off amount and cut you a check for the difference (unless you're upside down on the loan).

But since you mentioned the tune contingency, that makes a lot more sense now going the private party route. Good price given your mileage however YMB is hit or miss. Hopefully you find someone who loves that color!

"Custom tune" and "full warranty" are a bit misleading. Car should be priced/sold as with no engine warranty.

You can pull the build sheet of your car online. I believe you just plug the VIN. I tried searching on the forums but couldn't find the link.

qba335i I respect your opinion but I don't believe it's misleading. It's under a full warranty and the tune can also be removed. The dealership I had it serviced at covered normal maintenance no questions asked. Even so I'd be shocked a tune only m3 would have any engine malfunction. Maybe on a 335 running meth and a ton of other mods that's 8 years old there'd be a reason to be concerned.

In regards to the price it's the lowest priced, clean title m3 with this low of mileage in the us. It's already an absolute deal.

katchup thanks for letting me know. I'll let any interested buyers know that.

I'm really surprised no one has made an offer over 48.5k on this besides carmax if I return it to stock. I'm giving it away for what I'm asking. It may be the best deal on an m3 in the entire country with the mileage, year, clean title etc.

Good price. I would sell it to Carmax like others have suggested. If you were in CA, I'm sure it would move fast though.

Inspired Yeah I agree! The north east is not the ideal place for this car. I'd take it to carmax but it'd take 2 weeks to get an appt to remove the ecu tune. I can't just remove the bumper and detune it myself.

Just pay a small price to have it professionally removed. The longer you wait the lower your car will be worth. M3 lease returns are starting to flood the market.
