How can I cover the holes from the front plate bracket?

Hey. Just got my new M4 (manual) last week. Unfortunately, it had the front plate bracket installed. I know it's a law here in California, but it needs to go. It ruins the aesthetics of the car. Any advice as to how to remove it and possibly cover up holes on the bumper??

The bracket should be held on with screws that you can just unscrew. As for the holes, short of taking your car to a body shop and having them fill the holes and repaint the bumper, these may work for you:

Here’s what I did.

1. Remove the plate
2. Use a blade to cut exces bumper residue around screw holes
3. Use paintable caulk to fill holes
4. Wait until it dries then paint with touch up paint

Done!

body shop quoted me $450 for a full repair, in case you are thinking about going down that route

I wouldnt do a $450 blend.

Bumper needs to come off to get filled correctly.
primer
paint
then clearcoat the whole panel

If you are going to do PPF, then you can get away with a blend in the middle only
