Blackline Tail Lights - Coding?

Here they are on MW F80 Bought though Euler BMW in Germany about 400 Euro.

No harness required for your 2018. Harness is only for pre-lci.

The install isn't difficult at all. There are plenty of videos on YouTube, but this one was the one I used: https://youtu.be/BMIabgetqs8
Only recommendation that I have is to be careful with the screw rivets that hold the trunk liner. They can strip pretty easy, so just go slow with them, and keep pressure. Should take between 15-30min depending on your diy skill.

I have a 2018 f80 and I just ordered a set. I love them! Did you disconnect your battery for the install?

No. I don't really see a need to for this since it's just un-plugging and plugging in connectors.

I really like how the design of the LED bar makes it look like the new G series 3 series taillights- really updates the look.

It's not the fog lights. Those are located in the inner trunk lights. These are 2 very thin white lines in the outer taillight in the brake light area. I have them too. Never noticed them before at the time of my post.

It's just how BMW designed the lights. It must aid in light dispersement or whatever. lol
