I've had good experiences with CodeMyCar (https://www.codemycar.com/). Based in Jersey, but I understand he barnstorms along the east coast.

Alex @ Alpine did mine remotely. Great customer service and has an exhaustive list of coding features for you to select from.

Always good to have options. Lookup TuningTechFS. It’s in Crofton, Md. not b-more but not too long a ride. Depending on type of coding you want they’ll also Dyno before and after car. Did mine and I’m VERY happy with results.
