Nice, i will be curious how much later they spool than the high flow. This might be a great option for guys to hit 700 all the way to 7500rpms with EU5 injectors and dorch lift kit without going to a mosselman.

hmm sounds interesting but i hate how they used results from older turbos to showcase these. i wish they had new dyno figured with these turbos instead of pure stage 2+’s

Same, hopefully we’ll see more data come out. Curious how lag and power is distributed.

on their instagram, they specified in the comments stating that the flow and spool is similar to the high flow’s but the stage 2+’s are still their highest power output turbos.
i’m guessing this is a version 2 of the high flow’s and doesn’t need any core exchange.

They are smaller than the stage2+, that's why they spool faster.

They have realized after 10 years that there is no point in installing huge compressor wheels...

It’s an odd launch. Not sure why there’s no product announcement from Pure, or even an explanation on their site of the differences between the turbos offered or if this is just a ‘HF v2’.

I agree. I've never been a customer, but have only seen good comments regarding their customer support. Even if one doesn't choose to buy their products, there's no denying the benefit they've brought to the BMW enthusiast community by helpung drive popularity of these platforms for tuning, which helps drive innovation for the platform in general.

Here we are discussing the product that Pure has just launched, we are not debating customer service, I understand that they had problems with many used cores and wanted to avoid them by going to Chinese, but unfortunately it is a bad way.

When we consider the number of cores available in the market, the incidence of issues with Pure products is low, especially in comparison to their competitors.

Based on their history, I am confident in the quality and reliability of the products they offer. That's my personal opinion, and I respect that others may have different opinions. With time, we'll see which one ends up being correct.
