Haha yeah I'm having an issue choosing between that and Supercars on State Street. I religiously go to SCOSS every year but I haven't been to a Bimmerfest since 2012.

I agree. But. If you search google using keywords like 'bmw m4 supercar/exotic' you'd be surprised what pops up. Seems some businesses, such as rent a supercar groups in Florida, NYC, UK, etc, even think or at least advertise that it is. There are even obscure reviews out there that say it is...

I suppose to some people it may be a supercar

Hmm...its about as fast as some of 'yesterday's' supercars, but... I guess everyone's definition is different.

Lol yeah I know, which is the only reason I'm not certain of going this year. But it's for a good cause, it's an excellent show, and the police escort is pretty cool. I've been going since the first one, before it actually had supercars there

That idea was being tossed around, but my crew doesn't want to make that Sunday evening drive home lol. It sucks that they're only doing "Top 50" on Saturday and the real judged show on Sunday

Past years they had Mustangs and 280 Zs, so it's for super cars too, not just supercars.

SCOSS sure does look enticing to me...... Looks like I'll be making a last-minute decision. Thanks, M4RINE, for making my life more complicated. LOL certainly lucky to have such a "First World Problem"

It may come down to the caravan for me. The larger the Bimmerfest caravan, that will likely tilt my decision to Bimmerfest. Many Bimmers in motion is intoxicating.

And the weather will also play a part of course. I go where the sun is likely to shine all day.

I know I'm not going to Bimmerfest on Sunday, because I know there won't be many making the trip the final day (hence, a tiny caravan, so a no-go for me LOL).

So it's going to come down to Saturday's weather, the quality of the caravan, and my mood. Such is life.

Yeah, I only caravan with my crew 99% of the time. Small numbers are always best and easier to manage.

I'm sure people will appreciate seeing the M. I get compliments frequently, so people are definitely wow'd by it. And there aren't many of us out there on a daily basis. Its not often I see other M's on the road and so neither do other people in all likelihood.

If its for a good cause...doesn't hurt to see if the M would be wanted

There's definitely some love for BMWs there, they just don't result in trophies for us anymore lol. This show has become very exotic over the years, but still one of my favorites.

Sounds fun to me despite the trophies now reserved for exotics and the like. I've never been... maybe one of these days. If there's a charity involved they need all the support they can get. Go for it

Watch out for mustangs (if any show up) leaving the event - they're hungry for crowds and its not unheard of that they swallow up the odd person standing alone...if they've been starved...
