Even more agitating question about Dinan Axleback

OK so in my previous post, I mentioned how I did not have the valve actuator springs on my FAD. I bought.Dinan axle back, and All I received was the exhaust, not the hardware kit. The seller is trying to make it right by getting me the hardware I need. However, since I already have my car up in the air on jackstands, I don’t wanna go through the hassle of putting on my ZCP exhaust again, just to have to take it right back off.
My question is this, can I install the exhaust without the hardware kit? I don’t need the exhaust clamps since I already have an AA single midpipe that came with the exhaust clamps. I I know that I would basically have no control over the closed valve and open valve option and that case I would use a screwdriver to just lock the valves open. In the meantime. Is this something that I can do, or some thing that I should avoid doing? Thank you for your help,
Ian

If u drive it without actuators you'll be okay , don't think it will throw a code either

Just gonna be quiet til you get them

I looked at the valves and pushed them hoped in the meantime. I guess it’s a learning point

Open the valves manually and rig them to stay there with a paper clip until you get the right parts.

I know how to open them manually however can you please explain how to rig up the paper clip to keep them open? It sounds easy enough but I would not know how to place the paper clip. Thank you in advance for your help I appreciate it.

Remove the actuators and bend the clip or coat hanger so it sits in the flapper slot. Use the actuator bolts to hold the clip or hanger. Cut the ends to fit nicely.

I will try that, I have no installation hardware, at all. I literally just received the muffler. Maybe I can get some M6 bolts in the meantime and try to do what you are suggest above. If I am understanding you correctly, thank you for help, I am getting older and sometimes misunderstand things.

You bought that axle back on ebay huh? I was looking at it too but it didn't have any hardware with it so to me it wasn't worth a small discount

The seller ended up paying for the missing hardware, $225 total, so I consider a win.
