need indy mechanic (not a shop) recommendation in OC/LA area

i got a handful of parts to install, would love to have a trusted indy mechanic install them, so i can watch and help out as well. I thought that's a good way to learn about the car.

i already got more than half of the items installed. Still need to install cbc, top mount charge air cooler, and heat exchanger.
