They said they are replacing the antenna - which I take as the shark fin; problem is with the Sat radio.
I also initially thought it was the shark fin that relates to radio reception, but was also surprised to hear that it was built into the rear windscreen. I assume it would be the same for the F8x since it shares the same platform as the F3x. I could be wrong. Maybe its different now (my f30 was a 2012 model).
