Anyone removed primary and secondary cats with an MPE fitted to an M4? Was it too loud or just fine?

I am also interested in removing the cats as well. Also I heard there is a plug-in device to bypass the engine management light?

It's bloody loud just minus the primary cats. I would think it'd be a good bit louder without the secondary ones as well. Big hassle though come MOT time...
