I pay 765(with tax) with a 79500msrp. Max MSDs and no money down 12k miles 65%
You must have leased June or July of 2015 right? I'm hoping we see 65% this year.

Yes you can but the loyalty amd lease credit if available might not lock

You might be better off with a higher residual than whatever lease or loyalty credit. It could also be the other way around ,the loyalty and the lease credit for your situation might be better even if the new residual drops. As long as it doesn't drop too far.Just apply the programs and use the one that lowers the payment.

Anybody have the May lease rates and incentives? I did look on BMW's USA website and didn't see any current information specific to a lease.

Seems like residuals dropped by a point compared to last month and I didn't see an option lease credit added. Ughhhh so annoyed I didn't lock in April. Thought may would for sure be better for leasing

Yup looks the case on residuals. All the fine print has updated to be "valid through May 31" and if you look at the MSRPs and the buyout in the fine print, the 3 and 4 series all dropped 1% in residual.

Financing looks like 2.99% Annual Percentage Rate Offer. $1,000 Purchase Credit also available.

If true, not really a competitive program vs. what BMWFS has rolled out before. I did lock in April but that was only for the residual. The loyalty could not be locked. Hopefully this carries over in May. My car should arrive at the dealer by the 20th (of this month).

Great. That means the 2017 lease residuals for July or August (whenever I take delivery) will probably be even worse............

That's pretty much a guarantee. The start of a model year is always lower in residual and they climb or add incentives throughout the year.

Very interested if loyalty has been extended into May. Also, any early return programs whether dealership discretionary or BMW backed?

I know but I assumed the residuals for the remaining 2016 would stay the same or even increase to clear the lots. So basically ordering a 2017 as soon as they come out (even with the ability to pay just $500 over invoice) will still cost me more to lease than say buying the same car in Nov/Dec

I got 66% in June last year even better, can't think of trading in my car for competition until the deal is good!
