Yes they are saying could be sorted by the weekend but looking in autrader there is nothing less than 35k and they ae not good looking as mine was ..

Ask for a cash settlement based on a reasonable valuation (be prepared to argue this with things like receipts for upkeep and the full specification of your car). Then you will be able to either wait and see to find one you want or your options are open.

Also be aware that the third party is responsible for the damage to your vehicle so:
1. Your insurers will be recovering their outlay from them, and;
2. Your uninsured losses can be recovered from them

It was the third party at fault ,in total ten cars involved most being minor heat danage apart from mine ,it was the only long beach blue m4 competition i have seen. it came from redline s cars and is gonna be so hard too replace
