Essex/AP Racing Rad-Cal Kits & Ferodo Pads

We have extensive experience with the Essex/AP kits across multiple makes and platforms - but the F8x platform in particular is a major focus for us between our Project 223 M2C and OG M2 time attack build. We also run a mixture of Ferodo 3.12, 1.11, and 2500 across all of our cars with great success. Nothing adds more confidence on the track like knowing you are going to have consistent, fade free braking at every corner. Our preference is the 9668 kit up front to take advantage of the 25mm pad offerings combined with the matching 9451/9449 kit in the rear. Essex has also designed their front kits to be able to work with the OEM rear brakes for those just looking to upgrade the fronts.

Benefits:
Excellent fade resistance
Reduction in unsprung weight (up to 24lbs vs the oem 2NH)
18" wheel fitment!
Pad knockback resistance
Thicker pads (up to 25mm)
Extremely quick pad changes
Seamless integration with the OEM master cylinder and ABS system
Improved pedal feel and consistency

MSRP:
Front 9668/372mm Kit with ENP Finish - $5,899.00
Front 9668/372mm Kit - $5,699.00
Front 9660/372mm Kit with ENP Finish - $5,499.00
Front 9660/372mm Kit - $5,299.00
Rear 9449/365mm Kit with ENP Finish - $5,099.00
Rear 9449/365mm Kit - $4,899.00

What's in the Box:
One pair of the appropriate AP Racing RAdi-CAL Pro5000R racing calipers
One pair of J Hook discs sized appropriately to the kit
One pair of mounting brackets and hardware
One pair of Spiegler Stainless Steel brake lines

Options:
Brake pads are not included with the kits. However one set of your choice of Ferodo pads can be added at a discounted rate. We exclusively use Ferodo pads on our cars and would be glad to discuss their track and street options to find the best fit for your application. Pad tension kits are also available but not included with the base kit. They definitely help to reduce any NVH that might occur and we recommend them.
