shawnsheridan, I have the same problem, retrofitted tow bar with new bmw harnes and AAG module but stuck at AAG, unable to inject CAFD, getting this error: Failed to ger CAFs for SWE "swf1_000020a9-037_000_004"

Does this mean i need to flash it and if so, how do i do it? I am new to this coding business...

I'm unable to inject CAFD to AAG module via detect CAF from SWE. Do you know of anything else I can try? This is for a trailer control module installed per this tutorial

3AG is Backup Camera. Nothing to do with Trailer Hitch (except Trailer Zoom function).

3AC is the Trailer Coupling for the electrically foldable model and 235 is the Towing hitch, detachable for the detachable model, and if not supported by FA (like Invisihitch), then use HO-Wort K235 Trailer Tow Hitch Removable instead. Also 8SL Trailer coupling preparation if present needs to be deleted, which in your case it is not present.

You should be injecting CAFD_000013F5_033_000_000?

after adding 3AC to the FA and having flashed the module it was already working

Wondering if anyone can help on this one please.

Had NBT which was retrofitted to NBT Evo, has OABR cable and everything fitted working perfectly except for service history is not listed so want to check in e-sys that it's activated. but in E-Sys when trying to read the headunit I know get:

Hello anyone that is able to help.

I recently tried to code my idrive in my 2017 F30 LCI with my carly and the coding failed. I cant restore the idrive from carly. I have unplugged the battery and left it for 30 minutes and still no luck. I studied guides on youtube and this forum for how to use esys. When i right click on HU_NBT2 i cant select "CODE" ( I want to do this because in my understanding this resets it to factory settings). I looked in the folder and there was no cafd file. I also could not detect caf for swe either. I just got in touch with a BMW certifited workshop near me but i would like to know what i could do to inject or find my cafd file.

Right now my idrive screen is black and parking sensors and all that uses the idrive is not working.

For Missing CAFD, both cafd_00000794.caf.012_037_100 & cafd_00000a07.caf.002_018_000 are in psdzdata provided. Something is wrong with your setup / install.

For Failed to get CAFs for SWE "swfl_0000079d-004_009_170", what ECU is this?

Error States "Does NOT map to an Item".

You are using F001 Connection Target in E-Sys, which is a car without FEM_BODY. Use correct F020 Connection Target.
