Lack of a heated steering wheel is a deal breaker for me

And I'm not kidding.

I got pampered by the heated steering wheel in my previous 2015 M4. First one I have had, and I learned to really enjoy it. However, the alcantara steering wheel in CS does not get as cold as the leather one, so it's not that bad and I don't miss the heated one that much.

After almost 3 months of ownership, I still struggle with the lack of comfort access. Too often, I pull on the door handle to get in the car only to find it locked .

I still do this - and I have Comfort Access. Because I expect (for some silly reason, like maybe my last FOUR BMWs worked this way) that the rear doors will open will a pull as well. So yes, love on the fronts, but for $80K USD, I sort of expect it to work on the rear doors - but it doesn't.

and I do love my manual trans....

The alcantara steering wheel is optional (at least in Europe).

The only thing I really miss is the comfort access. For the lack of the arm rest, just throw a pillow there :-)

What bothers me, but is not limited to the CS, is the shitty car key. At least the CS and the GTS could have had something more refined.

Wonder if you can program the new 5 series car key to work on the M3?

I had the 19" on my 2015 M4. The CS has 19" front and 20" rear. It's difficult to do a direct comparison since the CS is shod with PSC2 which have quite stiffer sidewalls. But overall I much prefer the ride of the CS. Even in comfort, it is much sportier. Stiffer but also more compliant from the improved damping characteristics. I do have the MP-HAS paired with GC camber plates which increases NVH and had taken away some of the refinement of the CS suspension tuning .

This looks great. I was about to say that my local dealer has one like this with a snow/winter wheel setup on it, and then BAM! there's your track setup that looks the same, LOL.

Here's a pic of mine in winter guise. Not as "beefy" as the track setup up though

It’s the OE 640M kit that I had bought for my previous 2015 M4 that came with Continental TS830P 255/40R18(*) on all 4 corners.

Nice!!
I used to drive mine M3 and M4 in winter but, end up having house on top of the hill and it was game over for winter. Lol
Otherwise with nice winter tires drives perfectly fine
Nice set up dough, love the color of your car!

We do have the RS3 in the driveway when the winter going gets a little too rough

Nice
I had 18'M4 CP and 18'X3 for winter and end up trading for F90 M5 . That is so nice to have powerful car with AWD

Love to hear that G80 will be offered with AWD

@CanAutM3
What size spacers did you run with the OEM CS wheels? With the MP HAS did you use recommended BMW settings? If not can you please share as your car sits perfect. Thanks.
