Has anyone seen or heard feedback from people who have drive significant mileage while on the tune? I guess I'm requesting input on long term reliability (higher boosts etc.)

Incorrect version hmm, I installed that same one as you too.

Hopefully someone else can chime in as I haven't encountered this before.

But make sure all antivirus, firewall, defender, etc. is turned off I'm not using windows so whatever else could be messing with it.

Also, did you have Java installed prior (did you check)?

One more thing, you no longer need to install Java. I suggest you delete the agent, and uninstall Java and go look at my post again...there's a new agent app that doesn't require a separate java install.

Check the other BM3 threads or the bootmod3 enthusiasts facebook group as I did see multiple trouble shooting issues, that seemed to be Java related. There's probably already a solution to your problem?

If you figure it out, please let us know!

thanks for the quick response, yes I did have Java on this laptop as well as all the firewall/ antivirus stuff that comes in a corporate laptop

Perhaps the previous Java install is messing with the new one? That'd be my guess. If you can't get it to work, open up a ticket!

I uninstalled the Java application and BM3 software, then reinstalled the BM3 and everything works. Thanks again for your help.

The Agent software doesn't work on one of my MacBooks even with the latest Java installed, but works with the other MacBook on which Java was installed a long long time ago... Weird but at least I was able to successfully flash my car. Can't wait to drive the car tomorrow!

Hahaha maybe I was lucky. Here's my thought process:
The car is pretty new (less than 5000 miles) and I just got back from an 1 hour drive so I was pretty sure the battery would hold more than the time it needed.
In the end, not only could I unlock and flash the car but also I was able to flash the GTS DCT tune.

That's exactly how my thought process worked LOL! Figured I just drove the car, and it has <4000 miles on it and I was fine.

Over the weekend, stupid idea...I started flashing the car when my computer was about to lose battery LMFAO.

I SURVIVED!

Any ideas? I am trying to install the OBD Agent on my Win 10 machine, and I keep getting the following: "An error occured while trying to read the source file: bootmod3_windows.0.dat"

Downloaded it directly from the bootmod3.net site, and I have the JDK installed.
