I'm in the market for a f80 M3 what are some things to look out for when buying a second hand one

For me, these factors were important:
Full service history, especially oils
Nature of the previous owner (young gun or to and from work?)
Care for the interior and exterior - still looks new?

Key factor for features was:
M Performance Exhaust
No prior tuning

I did find my unicorn with all boxes ticked (including full leather)
