I don't think the price is out of line with the market given it's fully loaded with lots of carbon fiber and in mint condition.

That being said, I am open to reasonable offers...

You could set the price to 40k and people would still lowball.

Nice cars that are priced well actually sell pretty fast here. 2016 are going for 45-50 - so at almost 60 this car will sit here for another year.

OP:
There is a difference between:
- list price and actual sale price. Most dealers will give you 5-10% off on a used M.
- private party vs dealer. Lower financing, ease of transaction and security - are all benefits of using a dealer. 2-3k discount on private sale?
- mods vs stock. Quality mods maybe add .20-.30 on a dollar. for some buyers, mods actually decrease the value.

On the other hand you just need this one buyer...

So you saying I would need to sell my 4k Miles 2016 M4 with full DINAN Stage 3 and 7K wheels, Exhaust, Suspension and so on for 45k?

Good cars cost good money, always. You always gonna find a cheaper one somewhere but may not the same conditions etc.

Unless you're interested in upgrading to a one year newer M3, I am not interested in your opinion of what you think is "fair."

Just don't understand the logic of complaining about money you're not going to be spending on this car. Do you go to car dealerships and tell them their cars are overpriced too?

Not trying to come off as a lowball offer, nor do I want to offend you. I can offer 45k if you're interested. I dont really like red interior at all but for that price I'll do it.

I'm sure you can find something for 50k. Don't waste your time on people who aren't realistic about selling something.

Even paying $50k scares me about resale considering ‘15s are selling as low as mid to upper $30s
