Keeping Suspension Bits Clean??
Hey Gents
I'm running MCS coilovers, some endlinks, GC articulating/adjustbable rear perches, and TC Kline Camber plates. I live in the Gulf South, so humid wet climate, especially lately. I have been pretty adamant about keeping all of those suspension bits and spherical bearings clean and as moisture free as possible so the corrosion doesn't creep in and limit movement. Unfortunately, severely limits how often I can drive the car. Guys at MCS simply recommended hitting all of the moving parts with some PB Blaster every so often and follow it up with compressed air to keep things clean. Any other ideas or just f*#k it, go enjoy the car? |

Not sure if something like this would help with humidity but maybe with the PB and this it may help.

Before i tighten all my suspension components i grease them with thick grease. When it comes to coilover adjustment and spring platforms i fill the threads with grease, tighten them, then i wipe off all the excessive grease on the threads to avoid dirt to build up there. When i pressure wash the wheel wells i always use ceramic schampoo or Hydrosilex ceramic spray coating on everything.
