Who's is this on the forum? Hate to see this low mileage once clean example get wrecked from the back. Only 3,900 miles was on it! The owner probably babied this before someone crashed into the rear

Well as an alternative... I've gone ahead and pulled the trigger on this setup - at some point ill have the seat cushioned upholstered in white/silver.

Absolutely - it's meant to be a dual duty setup, I think I have a way to make it all work while retaining the rear seats. Although it's an ASM harness, I'll still be using the 3pt on the street and running the harness on track.

Question: has anyone installed a CR Racing skid plate on their CS? I'm aware that any skid plate would have to be modified

WOW crazy that car was just for sale 5 mths ago in FL, once i saw the miles I knew it was the same one, came originally from Canada, it was pretty clean.

This was for sale not too long ago. I had commented on it on the M3cs For Sale thread. Car has had a checkered history for such low mileage. It was originally from Canada and sent through auction twice before it was imported into the USA and listed for $80k and shortly after sold. Going through the detailed photos from the for sale listing a few months back it was plain to see it already had been in a front end accident and probably was hit on the passenger side and now rear ended. Wild for 3,xxx miles.

Have a question about the navigation system and map updates on the 2019 M4CS. Does the nav do map updates over the air or do you have to update with a USB? The connected drive store says that over the air updates are included, but mine has not updated. Thanks!

I’m now in the F8* CS club! Bought a lime rock gray M3 CS from Tulsa, OK and the shipper should have it to me by Monday or Tuesday. It will be a welcome addition to my garage, which currently also has a manual M2 Comp, which is my primary track car. I’ll track the M3 at Buttonwillow on October 20, so I’ll grab wheels/tires, flush with SRF, and swap front pads. I was going to add camber plates and align it, but now am considering just running it with stock alignment and feeling out the balance and eyeing tire wear patterns before making any changes. My M2C is very well dialed, but also a bit more different from the F80 than one would suspect (as far as setup and track optimization go). I’m going to be buying a GT4 within the next year, so I’m hoping the M3 with the DCT is enough fun that I’d be willing to trade the F87 for a 982 GT4. If not, it’d be cramped in my current garage setup to end up with four cars!
