Worth it or not?

So there’s a 2016 M3 for sale local to me. YMB/Silverstone interior. Car has Comp, Executive package, and lighting package. 3 owners on the carfax with no accidents or damage. Regular oil changes and prior CPO. 44k miles and they’re asking 48k. What you guys think?
