PLEASE HELP: Clacking and Shaking s55 m4

Hello dear forum,

I now probably have another problem with my m4 S55, 37,000 miles run (2018).

1. Yesterday evening, just for fun, I opened the cap for topping up the oil while the engine was running. Suddenly oil squirted out and you could hear a clatter, not much but a few splashes. The whole thing happened when the engine was warm. If you close the cap, the clattering stops. I am not familiar with this. Does anyone have any idea? This morning, when the engine was cold, it didn't spray out but made a very strange intake noise.

2. I have had a new eccentric shaft in for a few weeks. The old one had clear signs of wear. The repair together with the engine for the shaft was carried out by an "S55 specialist". Since the repair, I often have the problem that when it is being warmed up (at traffic lights or when stopping) it starts to shake after about 10 seconds. I can feel it shaking under my seat and on the pedal. When I start driving or accelerate, the shaking is gone.

Does anyone have any idea about these two problems? The store that did the repair is further away, I won't be able to be there for another two weeks. I'm also afraid that he has done something wrong, won't admit it and I'll have to pay again (exzentrisch + crankhub fix was 4.000 dollar).
