PSS VS PS4S VS ExtremeConact Sport 02
Hey guys, summer is around and I'm looking to get some tires since my summers needs to be replaced soon.
Currently on Tire Rack and here are the prices for stock 666M size PSS: 1542 PS4S: 1654 ECS02: 1565 is it worth the premium going for PS4S? Anyone have experience with ECS02 yet? Also there is a promotion going on right now with Michelin to get $110 prepaid visa back. So PS4S and ECS02 would be same price and PSS would be 100 bucks cheaper. And also is it worth upgrade from 265 to 275 and 285 to 295? Thanks.

I just got the new conti sport 02 and it feels like an improvement over PSS on 513m.

Went from ps4s to ecs02 because 4s was backorder. They are similar if not better because of 300 tread wear. 4s is cool but continental came out with something to rival it. It’s not bad at all.

Thanks, I plan to get the ECS02 cause it's about 400 cheaper with the rebate.

You must mash the gas often lol. I've ran the PS4S at a little bit more than 20K miles and I'm at 6/32nds in the rears ATM.

Good to know. I was thinking about switching to them for my next set to save a few hundred bucks. I can see it's not worth it and I should just stick to PS4S.

Correct. Initially ecs02 feels good. 400 tread rating sounds good. But they are trash I prob have like 25% tread till bald. And it’s been 7k miles with aggressive driving. I’m gonna get PSS next for my 295/35/18 sizing will report back soon.
