This is accurate. We don't have to like it but he preferred the C63.

I want to like the M4. I want to buy the M4 and convert my C7 into a weekend/track car. However, I will wait to drive one before deciding. This is unusual for me as I bought my E92 M3, my C63 coupe and my C7 sight unseen. Those cars didn't feel like a risk to buy without driving to me but the M4, based on what I have read, does feel like a risk without driving it first.

When the E92 was released, it was a huge hit from day one. The fact that this generation is getting a much more luke warm response says something to me. Most new cars generally are well received and it worries me this one isn't to the extent of the previous generation.

Time will tell. I'm still hopeful I'll like the M4.
