Does the Eisenmann exhaust (rear section only) sound good?

In the market for just the rear section, do you guys think it would make a significant difference over the stock in term of sound?

I have a a post about the eisenmann and a video vs stock.

check it out

I personally think it doesn't sound that much better than stock. Maybe if you spend $7000 and get the full eisenmann you will like it.

Nice comparison video! Based on the video, 3 grand for the rear section seems pretty hard to justify if the sound difference from stock is so minimal.

We install both - full system and only rear section of Eisenmann.

Rear section only sounds very very good! I think even deeper then full system.

Its also different than stock!

All of this YT videos doesn't show the real-life sound!

I'm dying to hear one in person! Does adding the centerpipe as well cause the CEL to come on?

No, CEL come only when you use cat less Down-pipes, So you can safe install full system or rear section and enjoy sound!

Oh ok! So the full system includes the rear section and centerpipes? or is the downpipe included to make a full system?

Sorry, I mean full system = center section + rear muffler - its bolt on so you dont need to cut your stock exhaust. I also recommend resonated center section.

Yeah would love to listen to Golferrr's car in real life! As for the resonated center, wouldn't it be louder and raspy nonresonated?

Thanks! I'm pretty sure after getting just the rear section, it's going to force me to want the centerpipe as well. When that time comes, please give me this opportunity again!

With non-resonated center car will sound similar to M3 e46, will have more "metallic" sound

With resonated center will sound deeper and i my opinion better!

But rear section only sound also very good! deep and aggressive

Rear section sound perfect and I recommend checking one out in person. Nothing like factory and the exhaust canister is hidden.

The video Nate posted was my car with the rear section on and i'm liking it more and more everyday! Def a good choice if ur not interested going full system or spending too much on exhaust.

Very nice! Definitely deeper and meaner than stock, no questions about it!
