It looks like about 85% of the remaining M3CS inventory out there are either BSM or AW. That being the case, it wouldn't shock me if we see a few more crazy deals to unload the more undesirable colors. Great time to be a buyer!

Certainly doable if you can get incentives to work your way. Maximizing those would definitely get you well below 800/mo including taxes with zero out of pocket on a deal similar to mine.

Will post pics soon!
Congrats! Which dealership did you end up working with?

You need to have all the numbers to evaluate a lease properly. That selling price is good but if they're adding back in 5k in "tax" without you realizing, the deal becomes not so good. You also can't calculate the payment without having the MF.
0.177 money factor. Question is: Can I do better than an overall $21k discount on a $106k MSRP M4CS?

I think you're doing well. I was able to get a bit more off at $22,685 ($18,185 discount + $4500 rebate) however the sticker on my M4 was $110,945 (LRG).

Not bad. If I had known the M4 CS was going to have decent deals, I would have waited just for the change of pace of 2 M3's in a row.

Just installed the MPE on my CS today and man it sounds glorious. On the highway downshifting from 7th to 4th and you can hear it loudly everytime. In the ZCP m3 I had before you could hardly hear it on the freeway. The valves seem to be open all the time in the CS.

I actually think the stock CS exhaust sound is a big step up from my ZCP. That said, you guys are making want to shell out for the M-Perf now, lol.

Lol do it. You won't regret it. The CS stock exhaust isn't bad but I found it too quiet.

I second this. The CS sounds quite decent with the MPE. If find the MPE on my M4cs sounds much better than it did on my previous M4, most likely due to the CS tune. The MPE definitely enhances the CS experience.

Seems a little high . . . Granted the MSRP on your car is 115K so you're gonna have a higher payment than most but it still seems high.
The selling price of 97K is 15% off which is pretty good in my opinion but I would ask for that before rebates. Also the rebate listed is 2500 but the lease credit this month should be 3500 unless your region is different. Also since you have another BMW (per your profile) you should also get the loyalty rebate which is 750-1000 depending on the region. Lastly what's the MF, it's not in there . .. Base MF now is 177.

I think you can do better. Does that payment include tax? FYI I have a lower payment with zero down, zero drive off, no first month payment even with tax included at 12k miles. Granted my car was only $107k, but it seems you have a bit of wiggle room.

I would say there 1,000 more wiggle in the price but that is the bottom end for sure. If you don't have any other rebates / credits then that's going to be the price.

what is the ~$5,800 in tax for? There was another guy that posted a similar format deal sheet and that had almost $6K in tax on it but he didn't say what it was for. Be careful that they are not discounting the car up front and then adding $6K back into the deal without you realizing. re-calculate your payment yourself and see where it comes up based on the numbers you have and see what you get. the payment should be within dollars of what you're being quoted. If it isn't, find out why.

I saw that too, but if he leased in VA then tax is levied upfront on the sales price on leases. If he leased in DC, then tax is on the monthly, but at 10.25%.
