BM3 OTS tuner?
I have posted in FB BM3 group without much feedback. This could be common knowledge, but do people know who actually makes their OTS tunes? I see Halim at HCP posting data, but is he just testing the maps or he actually stands behind the tuning(OTS) for PTF? Thanks

PTF make their own maps ... Before PTF launched BM3 they were the most popular Cobb Tuning custom tuners for BMW.
