I pass by a YMB F83 every day to work. It's not a bad colour, and definitely different from everyone else, but it looks a little "washed out" to me. YMB with carbon fiber pieces is a good combo.

On the other hand, LBB looks amazing in every lighting situation.

I had a YMB/SO back in 2014/2015 and loved it. Never had any regrets!

With the passage of time I find that I like YMB a lot better than I did at first. Especially on the F 80.

I'm a big fan. My car has Sakhir full leather interior too so it's pretty loud, but I love it. These are my summer wheels, in winter it's on silver Apex EC-7.

I love my YMB color more every day. It just makes the car, it sets it apart and people love it. To give the calipers a bit more color I had them professionally painted an aqua color with black Brembo labels. I love the look of BBKs, but the prices are a joke and the brakes on the car are already fantastic so what's the point of blowing $8k on a street car for "better" brakes?

I also had the calipers and wheels ceramic coated as well to protect them and hopefully repel brake dust.

My wife is driving the YMB F80, SS interior and CFR. Her officemate asked her yesterday if she drives the cool car today. She responded that she doesn't drive my GT3 Touring. Her response was, no the YMB car.

YMB regrets a few years on?

Yeah, I know that no one used to regret Yas Marina Blue when they first got it, but now that it's been out for about 4 years, what do people think?

I still like it, but some of my family members are saying that it will date and my car drop in value sharply in a few years time, so I should change car now.

I say change it now. Get a new depreciating asset and take an even bigger hit in the first year. That will save you money for sure. I like your family. They seem reasonable.

In my opinion YOU got used to it. To others it still looks exotic.

I am so confused - do I detect sarcasm ???

Tommy, you seem like such a normal nice guy on YouTube, especially since you removed the cold start so you don't wake your wife.

I solved the cold start problem with double glazing - only problem is that my neighbours still hate me LOL

Haha it was early in the morning - sarcasm wakes me up! I hope you understand it was all fun and games

And trust me...I tried double-glazing. I even redid my whole garage by placing massive layers of ROXUL insulation paired with sound-deadening panels. The rumbling is still bad. Besides...during the winter I leave at 4 Am for snowboarding and that went really bad last year.
Now..with cold start delete she purrs like a kitty......and my car is also quiet - ZING!

I love my YMB M3 and had zero regrets....until I saw Santorini blue in person at my local dealership. But that was a loaded $98k M3....way overkill.

no regrets at all. Its a unique color and i love it. Its not everyday you see a YAS M. It stands out from all the reds, whites, blacks, and regular grays. If i were to go with another bluish color i would really like Atlantis.

Still love mine and still get a bunch of compliments on it. Love it so much I replaced it with one of the same color (see my sig). I debated on SO for a change, but everytime I see it in person I know I made the right choice with yas.

I got mine about a month ago so I guess I'm still in the "honeymoon" stage. But, man, this car just looks great in YAS - it's just so different to me. With the Sakir Orange interior this ride pops. And I also don't see many around where I live. Love it.
