so yeah... after 1 full day at dyno , spend 200$ on dyno just for runs ( done more than 10 ) the conclusion is here . it didn't go from 515hp . Stage 2 ! i will atach pictures with multiple runs .. i dont know what to do more ... is this the power gain on stage 2 with downpipes , k&n filters, ngk plugs ...? stock the car is making good power and the power is linear but tuned something is holding in making power... if you guys can see in all dyno graph the NM is at maximum 650 . torque is limited at that point . on older stage 1 i was doing 516hp with 700nm ... very strange . i checked my car at the bmw and everything is ok , done multiple tests , checking plugs , charge system , coils ... this is a nightmare for me who never end
edit : the one with 437hp is stock , then the rest of them are stage 2 custom ... also the last one with 515hp is a comparation between old stage1 and stage 2 thai i have now Last edited by ///M4Y16; 09-25-2018 at 01:50 PM.. |

Just put the OTS Stg 2 tune on and do a run... then you will know if it’s the tune or the car !

The car has issues if your getting "DME internal fault safety function / fuel mass ". Pretty sure this will limit your power. Resolve the codes first then Dyno the car for an accurate reading...

You can’t compare stage tunes between different tuners. 516 hp is insanely high for a “stage 1” tune. Not sure who did your initial stage 1 tune but you can’t expect massive gains beyond that with stage 2 if it’s programmed to run safely.

small update . forgot about maha dyno wich is wrong and non-calibrated.. i made a run today on a superflow dyno .. result are satisfying... car is running great , pull hard and now i need to stabilize things , like spark plugs , checking coils , new tyres on back (4S) overall the issue is not gone , code : P325F - possible faults: rail pressure sensor , wiring harness defective, dme defective. i already got the sensor need to replace it this week . thanks for answers guys .

Limp mode happened again today ... will attach pictures...flashed back to stock dct transmission file from bm3 .. don't know what to do . i will replace sensor for low pressure nexy week
