I get two months off my payments.

Here is the big one: I GET A NEW M3 IN TWO TO THREE MONTHS SAME BUILT. Essentially I ll drive this m3 for free till I get my new m3.
Wow, couldn't have resolved better even if they had literally given you a happy ending!

Anything you want to change in your order for the new car? Or do you want it exactly the same again?

I would agree totally with the above statement, but it also takes a caring dealer to represent its customer to BMW.

Congratulations on your successful results.
Lesson learned, don't ever burn your bridges until every avenue has been exhausted.

If you have ever seen behind the curtain of major shipping companies your would be horrified.

For your pleasure or disbelief:

If this is happening in plain sight what do you think is happening at the hub?

FedEx is paying for the entire part due to the damage. Heavy freight has had many issues with fedex per dealer.

Let them work on it, call BMWUSA and see if you can get them to remove a payment or two from the car.
Dude, who cares about a loaner? I spent 80k to drive an M3 not a 528i. I can understand if the car had 30k miles and something like this happened but 200 miles and 2 days of driving?
