Don't auto resellers have to disclose salvage-titled cars? It's not anywhere on the dealer's website listing. If you were to buy it, at some point would you have to be provided with a salvage-title disclosure? Or is that state by state laws? Or is it just total buyer beware if you didn't know how to do VIN checks, etc.?
