There are many factors that contribute to how much the brake system is stressed, such as track layout, driving style and use of DSC/MDM/Off.

I drive with DSC off. The tracks I drive require a fair bit of high speed hard braking but also have relatively high average speeds, which promotes better brake cooling. I also avoid over-stressing my brakes all of the time; there is not that much lap time that can be gained from braking. For my conditions, the stock fluid has proven perfectly fine.

What pads do you use for your trackdays?

Can't fault the RS29, but the stainless brake lines and RBF or similar fluid really does give you extended time on a track which is hard on the braking system and also the pedal feel is slightly firmer with the braided lines, especially once the brakes are hot.

Some people don't go fast enough for brakes to be an issue.

And some people brake too much which prevents them from being fast

You can do a complete flush and fill with 1L of fluid.

Save some additional waste by vacuuming out or using some fluid transfer method to get rid of the stock fluid from the reservoir to begin with.
