Congrats.... Not bad at all for Braman, as they're always ripping people off. You definitely did good considering it's local.... Who cares about how close you got to others payments, all that matters is that you enjoy the car!

Lol yeah, I absolutely love the car though. It's crazy how different it drives. Absolutely love the turbo sound right as you accelerate, sounds like a plane taking off.

Thanks and thanks to you for helping me out so much. Insane color lol a real head turner.

I noticed 6 people today taking pictures from their car lol and the attention you get in this car is like night and day compared to 15 M4. Probably the color and its stance.

Congrats! In the end you're shopping for the car you want, you can't drive around a deal!

Can your share or PM the dealer?

Hey I forgot to ask. How hard is it to maintain this color. This is my first Frozen color car. Since we both have the same color I thought I'd ask you how often you wash it and what stuff you use and how you wash it. That would definitely help out a lot.

Is it really that much of a pain to maintain? I see some insects in the front already lol. Is this something I have to wash every single day or once a week?

Also do you notice any changes to the paint from when you got it to how it is now?

I have a frozen car.

Use the dr Beasley matte paint prescription products.

Only wash it yourself. Never let the dealer wash it.

Spend some time learning how to take care of a matte car. They are easy to maintain as long as you know what you're doing.

Hey,

I wash the car once a week and I use to use Doctor Beasley's matte shampoo but I'm now using chemical guys. The reason why I switched is because the DB shampoo is too damn expensive for it's size and it does not foam at all in my foam cannon.

I was skeptical at first when I bought the car with frozen paint but in all honesty the paint is really strong. I have minimal rock chips on the front, my other F80's in regular finish chipped way easier and had a lot more. The color of the car is still the same to this day. I don't worry about insects and those little yellow spots on the car, everything washes of when I wash the car. BMW made this paint to be super slick in my opinion the waters just flows of the paint.

My best recommendation to you is to use spot free water if you have access. I can't preach enough how important it is. You never have to touch the paint with a microfiber cloth if you have a air blower and spot free water.

Say wha???

I’m interested in numbers.
Yeah true maybe a bit of an overstatement. Don't have a lot of data but look at the few CS lease takeovers listed in the $800s, with ZCP lease takeovers same or higher.
CS cars were going for $15k to $18k off in the end which put them around $84-87k which isn't too far from a 2016 or 2017 loaded up ZCP with a typical 10% discount.

Got it, thanks a lot for the insight. I just bought myself the foam gun and the matte soap wash they have from chemical guys. Gonna be doing the washing myself.

Hey everyone need some advice from M3/M4CS owners....picking up my M4CS tomorrow and I need to decide 3 or 4 year lease. Getting out of my F80 M3 right at the 3yr mark (pull ahead on a 4yr lease) and I'm ready to switch however it's a base M3 and I'm thinking maybe 3yrs is quick for a CS but then again G80/82 will be mature in 3 yrs and I'll be tempted to change.

In my case payment is almost identical between 3 and 4 year terms and it's a great deal. For current people who are leasing are you doing 3 or 4 years?

Do a 3 year. There usually isn't a big enough financial difference to be locked in for that extra year.

Actually the 3yr lease is about $15 cheaper than 4 years

Definitely don't do 4 years. Check 24 months, if you have a deep discount it might be even cheaper than the 36 months. Also less tire changes.

I had a similar deal, turned out 975 / month plus tax from fields ( and a chain attached for 3 yrs) 😅
In for more pics of black sapphire with CCBs. Combo looks great.
