I Drive crashed think it’s failed

Today I was driving some distance and had Mac on. I have 2015 M4 and I stopped quickly for gas. Restarted the car and drove off. I drive went mental keeping resetting and loading up with the M logo intro screen then starting navigation.

The unit would then reset again this happened about 6 times in a row.

Eventually it came back on but has lost every setting

No Bluetooth phone connections
No previous address destinations
All radio stations gone
Now could not connect my phone.

What has happened? Can I restore it?
