that's awesome, I got the MCS coilovers, and my thrust sheets sound like they are constantly full of sand and debris. It sounds awful all the time lol.

Wondering if there is a good way for me to adapt the JRZ

I assume the part number is the one stamped on the side of the item in the first post from the OP?

Are you having issues with GC camber plates? They have sealed built-in bearings between the camber plate and spring hat. You can take them apart, clean, and regrease them if thats actually the cause of the binding. I bought used GC plates and rebuilt the spring hat bearings b4 installing. Been 3+ years and no issues. Its super simple, just ball bearings between two grooved plastic covers. Im pretty sure its the same one BMW uses or from same manufacturer. Both have black and yellow plastic covers. i think it also had BMW on it too.
