Issues after Bootmod3 Tune

Hey guys,
I'm in a bit of a situation here. I just recently flashed my car with the Stage 1 91 Oct tune from Bootmod3 and realized a bunch of my prior settings were erased? I have a 2015 M3 non-ZCP 6MT. I used to have the Gear Shift Indicator on my instrument gauge and heads up display, but it disappeared after the flash. Also now, when putting the car into reverse it does not automatically show the display of my reverse camera? I have to press the parking sensor button to have it pop up. I bought the car used and am not sure if these were coded in before.

Bm3 resets your driver settings and they are all easily accessible from the idrive menu. Just reprogram your m buttons, and the other buttons on the radio you program (i keep tpms display on #1), and you're good to go... but faster. Haha

Those settings come from "coding".
BM3 restores your coding after a "flash".
Maybe try flashing again from your laptop. If no luck please email PTF Support to ask.

My car didn’t come with the option to add the gear shift indicator is there any way to code it in?

I tried a few things in BimmerCode and I still cant get the current gear to show up. Anybody?

After it's turned on in coding you need to go into Idrive and check the box.

I turn on SPA_CHECKBOX in headunit on BimmerCode and it allows me to check the box for shift point indicator but it doesn’t show up on my instrument cluster at all. I also changed a few SPA settings in Kombi but I can’t get the Current gear indicator to show up at all…

BM3 does not affect your so called "coding" Like F82flagship said it resets your driver settings and that is it. Any real coding remains untouched. All other items you re-set in the i-drive. if coding got messed up you have other issues.....
