Yes it does. Rear is perfect. Front needs an 18mm spacer. Same setup that I will have on my 359Ms which will stick out a couple mm more than the 270Ms with the same setup.

The fit is so close! Couldn't believe it when it scraped. If my calculations are correct, compared to the stock 437M, the 270M would be -5.4mm compared to stock back, and -3.6mm front. So based upon that, adding 18mm up front would put the wheel 14.4mm further outside vs stock. Maybe do 15mm spacers on the back? Did you try any other sizes of spacers? It nearly looks like a smaller spacer could get the job done, but I suppose getting a bit more clearance would be nice. |

Perfect fit in the back. I had a slight rub with the caliper in the front so I decided to sell my wheels and buy a set of 640M. I did not try the 270M with spacers in the front though.

I have 18mm spacers on order for the front. Currently have Michelin Alpin PA3 235/40 R18 mounted. I think going to 245/40 would be not too far off stock on front (255/35) but maybe not as close as I would like for the rear (275/35 stock). Really don't want to buy another winter set and deal with selling the set of 270Ms from my E92.

I just received the 18mm spacers this afternoon and tried one on with a 270M wheel up front tonight. With the spacer in there was plenty of room between the clips on the caliper and the inside of the wheel. I would post a picture but I couldn't get a shot where you can really tell how much space is there. I should have tried to measure, but I would guess it was at least 4-5mm.
My only concern about the fit is how much further out this pushes the wheel. The wheel went from being noticeably inside the top of the fender to noticeably outside the fender. I'm a bit concerned that the rears may need a spacers to not upset the track of the car, and also about spraying road debris all over the side of the car in the crap weather over the winter. I am considering trying a smaller spacer. I'm wondering if 10 or 12mm would be enough to get the job done. That said, I'm not sure that 8mm is really going to make a huge difference even if I could make the 10mm work. |

Ordered 10mm and 5mm spacers to try out. 270M stick out 3.7mm LESS without spacers, so 5mm would be very close to stock stance (+1.3mm) and 10mm pushed out a bit more (+6.3mm).
The rears don't need anything for clearance, but I may do something with them anyway just so that this doesn't look goofy. |

Guys, these wheels fit with plenty of clearance with a 5mm spacer. I have about 4mm clearance to the brake caliper. I am debating if I should run the Macht Schnell 5mm spacers front and 10mm rear, 5mm square, or 5mm front and nothing rear. I think square or 10mm rear would be a better look. The 270Ms sit 5.4mm further inside than the 10x19 437M in the rear, so adding 5mm would make it look close to stock, 10mm would push the wheels out just under 5mm.
Should I have any concerns about running the 5mm spacer? They don't provide their own lip so you're left with 5mm less off the lip on the hub. As I understand it this is only there to aid in mounting the wheel. |
