Who raced you today?

I rekt my buddies GTR from a roll. He is stock I now have JB4. But no one is going to believe me because GTR > All, is what I learned from my previous post when I said I ran dead even with his GTR stock for stock. I don't own any video equipment so can never get my races on video :-/

My car pulls ridiculously fast, to me it feels faster than my 600whp Cobra, I need to dyno it

I guess the weight difference evens the match. Maybe at higher MPH the others will pull out, but below 80mph the M3/M4 is a beast. Keep in mind that inertia caused by a steel trans axle vs a CFRP one will also help the M3/M4 to pull faster, and that is why these cars loose less power at the wheels.

one of the things I am looking forward to is that the m4 is subtle in its beast- hood. Cultured and controlled, refined and eloquent. until! They don't see you coming.

The Genesis spotted this and struck without hesitation. Moving quickly from behind me, 2 lanes to the left, and WOT onto the Z's tail. And they disappeared into the horizon... into... The Genny Zone.

LOL, ok I HAVE to ask, what is this "GENNY ZONE" you speak of??

The Genny Zone is a mythical, magical dome of alternate reality where the Genesis driver believes his ride is an equal match for say, a GT-R or a C7 Vette, and he will assert himself accordingly.

This is not to condemn the Genesis itself. While I've never driven one, I imagine it's a fine automobile. The Genny Zone is an attitude. It's a way of being. It's "bro"

As in, "I whipped that M3's ass, bro!!"

Everytime i drive my M everyone seems to be driving like a maniac. It's normally a muscle car or some JDM but last night an e90 M3 passed me by and started revving and cutting other cars and driving like a complete idiot. It's like he has a feeling that i'm trying to chase him or something.

Its so weird, I have had a '14 E63 AMGs for almost 3 years now, and I have only had a newer Mustang GT and a handful of other cars try to race me in all this time. The car has all wheel drive and over 590lbs of torque which translates to bloody fast on the street. I would love to race an M3/M4/M5 but not had any takers so far...
Well my lease is up in Dec and I am doing European delivery of an M3, really looking forward to the prospect. It will be my second M3, first was '99 M3, loved it and 3rd M Product, my car before my E63 was an E60 M5. One of my favorite cars ever.

I get them all the time from pos Hyundai to Mustangs. I never race them. Had a Hyundai Gen Coupe guy ask why I wouldn't race and I told him his car was not worth my gas or time.

I've owned my M4 for 3 months. Yesterday was the first time somebody tried to race me. Previous generation Corvette Z06 with a fully aero kit. License plate read "UD.LEWZ". Perhaps I would've lost (stock ZCP w/ MT). He tried twice at each light. Just not for me. Regardless if it was a Corvette or Corolla.

I'm more concerned with other lunatics on the road than some guy with 300 hp who wants to have a dick measuring contest via excessive speeds and endangerment on the highway.

I opened window, gave a thumbs down. Off he went.

Also saw an RS7 and X5M today that seemed to be playfully toying around on 17 South this morning. Too bad I got off on I80, I'd like to have watched that from the slow lane.

Well kind of an older thread, but felt like I had tell you guys. Sorry in advance. Anyways, I went to a Subaru meet with my buddy and they said it was a open meet and anyone can come so we invited a few friends to join. So I took my M3 and after awhile we headed out and I got on the freeway and headed home. Sure enough an older Subaru wrx leaving the meet came up fast in my rear view and flew past, but slowed down for me to pull up. I knew he wanted to do a pull so knowing the long stretch of road and the many times I've been on it, I know there's always chp waiting. Tried to tell him showing hand signals because I didn't want to yell lol. Used my hand to signal saying for "5-0" and he thought I meant 50mph lol. So he downshifted and took off lol. I just shook my head and went on my way

Older air cooled 911. Guy pulled next to me and rev'd at me. Wasn't pretty what happened to him and he was pissed. He must not follow newer cars, not sure what he was expecting.

Last Friday I was cruising at 65 at US27, next to the intersection with the Turnpike, northbound. Then, from the rear came this white IS350 and since both lanes were full, he took the auxiliary lane which is the Turnpike's merger lane, on the right, which also merges to the slow lane (which I was using, along with 20 other cars and trucks). Needless to say, that was extremely irresponsible, given the fact that he punched it, and the road was filled with heavy traffic (even dump trucks filled with rocks, those stop for nothin).

South Florida Lexus drivers. IS/RC, everywhere I go they fly by me , drive like they're racing someone. I don't understand it. Not to mention there's a ton down here , epidemic.

Porsche was +5 lengths back - Shocked at how slow he was
