Conti 5P* tread issue?

Looking for the brain trust for some feedback.

18,000kms at most on a 2017 model year car.

So not much mileage but there seems to be splitting at the treads. No there is nothing elsewhere.

I’m thinking dry rot but not in the traditional sense of it cracking everywhere.

Is this still good to run, or replace?
