Good to know. I may ended up leasing through my company for the M4 if the numbers are right and I can legitimately do it. I would use the car for driving clients on occasion and attending work events. Just need the green flag from my bean counter!

Do dealers lose money by selling teh car at ED msrp versus selling a non-ED car at msrp?

Just got back from talking to my guy at the dealership and he said that he's not sure there will be ED for the first few M3/4 orders after the demos are in. He stated with the Ms, there's usually a delay for ED in the beginning

Does anyone know if this it true or what has your salesman been telling you?

ED will begin at the same time that first US deliveries will start. This sounds like a dealer that does not want to sell their allocations for ED and holding out for full US MSRP plus markup. Yeah try elsewhere and feel free to share a picture of me at the WELT with my M4 on the same day he delivers his first M car in the US. happyanim:

My dealer called and said the order booked opened. I picked black/black full leather/black wheels/6MT/LED/HK and extended Bluetooth.

Are you sure about this or exactly what your dealer is doing. I just got off the phone with my own dealer and he has informed that there is no ordering information in the system now for 2015 MY so it is impossible to submit an order.

Perhaps you simply gave your wish list to dealer to submit the actual order earlier?

Mine told me the same thing. But he did concede that he's not 100% sure.
