iPad/tablet mount for rear seat passengers?
Hi!
So, i make some search but have not find what i'm looking for. I gonna travel this summer with my kid on backseat. I would like to put my ipad behind passenger seat so that he can watch some movies to make traveltime much easier form him. My problem: i cannot find any support that fits on BMW M3/M4 seats. Do you guys have found something or have an idea??! thankx from switzerland Fabio.

There are none made specifically for the M3 but you could try this:

BMW makes a mount system that includes a tablet holder for most models that have a separate headrest. It's spring loaded and mounts on the headrest posts. Other accessories include a hook and a suit hangar. Unfortunately, due to the integrated headrest of the M3/M4, this system will not work on our cars.

OP, you could get these shells: https://europeanautosource.com/eas-c...f82-m3-m4.html Then use a suction mount. Although they are a bit pricey just to mount an ipad, the shells look great regardless! A cheaper alternative would be to use industrial double sided tape to the back of your seat.

Kids love interacting with them, playing games, picking movies, etc. Mine got native with iOS somewhere around age 1. The best thing you can do for your kid is let him hold on to the ipad, and play with it to his/her heart's content. a

I have two kids sitting back there, so we simply wedge the iPad between the two front seats so both can see the movie. I then have the sound routed to the cars speakers through bluetooth with the fader set fully rearward for a more immersive movie experience. The kids love it .

Had to tether all sippy cups and soft drink bottles? There is an alternative to all that. I will let you figure it out... a

Get a magnetic iPad mount from amazon where the base attaches with double sided sticky tape. You can put the metal l plate between the iPad and case and it'll hold steady.

I posted a thread about this asking for advice as well on this subject.
We finally realized there is no real way to do this so we are going to mold 8" LCD screens with HDMI input into the back seat rests. We plant mount it on a swivel so the viewing angle can be adjusted as I have my seats further back than my wife and the kids are different height too.
