Asking everyone - what monthly lease payment do you think someone would need to see to move this quickly?

*be reasonable and realistic. Of course, $100/mo would make it move quickly.

I've been paying attention to the M3/M4 leases up for sale here for the past couple months. The holy grail right now is $700/mo for a M3/M4 ZCP w/ options.

Your problem is you have a good amount of money tacked onto the MSRP for your CF addons, and thus rolled into your monthly lease payment. I'd imagine most people won't take those options at face value.

If you don't think you can find someone who values that your M4 is fully loaded and has the CF bits, my recommendation is to sell it. I think you'd have to offer too large of a cash incentive to get the lease price down to make it worth it for people on here.

***Editing this to say that I have seen cars sell for higher than $700 on here of course. Just that $700 is the holy grail to make it go quick.

Facts, 700 range sounds about right, and right on the money for those cf addons, alot of people just look for mod deals in the groups. But goodluck, if you were to consider that range, id def be interested.

Thanks for the feedback, guys! What’s interesting about the $700 payment range is that there is no mathematical way to achieve that given BMWFS buy money factors and max residuals with minimal options without putting down a material downpayment at delivery. I didn’t put a downpayment.

However, if I did, and for argument’s sake, I would be asking for that back upon transfer here. So, considering that, if I offered a payment of $885 with a downpayment of $7000, I would just tell you to ‘keep’ the downpayment. Effectively, it is the same. Maybe a better way to sell it?

How about this...

Effective Monthly: $781 (with $5,000 incentive from me upon transfer)
Downpayment: $5,000 (you keep it)

Math works

Also, forgot to mention, keeping your downpayment would allow you to keep making money on that money while you slowly take approx. $172 a month out of it to offset the lease versus giving it to the transferer lump-sum where that money is gone.

The power of compounding interest, haha 💪

I would consider this if you’d offer an incentive of 6 months of payments up front.

What downpayment are you referring to that we keep? Are you saying you put 5K down? Cause MSDs are gone.

I'm interested in getting this car and I'll be easily approved but I'm trying to make sense of things.

This is confusing as hell. First you say you'll give a $5000 incentive and then the buyer puts a $5000 deposit to get the payment into the 700's. What is the deposit and where is it being put down? I think what you're saying is the buyer gives themselves a $5000 deposit into a savings account and uses that money each month to contribute towards the payment, right?

Now you're saying you'll give a $3000 incentive? Did the incentive you're offering go down from $5000 to $3000?
