I've been able to get 15% on a stripper display model. The others I've worked that have been well optioned, I've been able to get around 13-14%. Which I still don't think is good enough. A lot of these cars have been sitting for a while, just need to find the right aggressive dealer.

I think I've finally got the deal I wanted.

2018 M3 BSM, DCT, Exec, ZCP, DA and some other add ons

MSRP 82,345
Sale price including incentives 68,849
No doc fee
APR 2.9

About 16.5% off MSRP

Since this is an out of state deal, the sales manager said he would probably have a little more wiggle room for me.

I purchased a 2017 F80 Non-ZCP a few months ago. Unfortunately I did not have these boards as a resource at the time.

I paid 54.5 OTD with 24,800 miles on it.

I have included a photo, and the original window sticker. I am looking to hear thoughts on if this was a fair deal from others located in other regions of the country, or if I over paid.

Thanks.

I'd say you did just fine.... As long as you enjoy the car, that's what matters most. Can't put a price on happiness!

What incentives/rebates are available right now for an 18 M3 competition from a non-lease purchase/finance perspective?

I currently own an old BMW, have a USAA checking account, and can finance through BMW FS.

Does that mean I can stack a $750, $10000, and $3000 discount on top of my negotiated sales price?

The incentives vary depending on the area. For example, in Oregon for financing it was 2k credit and apr was 4.99. Versus east coast was 3k and 2.99. As for the stacking, that will vary too. There is fine print that usually states exclusions on combining certain incentives.

I can tell you that I just closed on a deal in MD and I live in phx.

MSRP 82.5
Discount 11k
Incentives 4K apr credit and loyalty apr is 2.99/60
Sale price 67.5 + 299 doc fee and reg/tax

Nice deal.

How do the 4K in incentives break down?

3k for financing + 1k loyalty? I thought loyalty was $750 which is why I ask.

Which is funny because treasury rates have only dropped since November 2018.

Was that a serious question? How else do you think $20K + discounts were happening?

I only knew there was a 6k incentive. All the dealers were listing the incentives totaling 6k.

I wanted to get input on the following quote the BMW dealership provided me on a lease CS.

It includes executive package upgrade, ceramic brake upgrade, and M driving school.

36 months / 10,000 miles

$1,100 month, Zero Down, First monthly payment

Thoughts? Really, trying to find something closer to $1,000?
