Amaro or Golden Brown?

Commenting here instead of the other thread

I was thinking about GB for the same reasons as you, love the cinnamon in the E46. But I just went with SS over full SO; my original choice when the F80 originally came out.

I think though, with YMB I'd go Amaro. It's known to look great!

Yeah I'm leaning toward amaro brown. I know an m3 already on the boards has it with YMB looks great!

Did you give any consideration to Cohiba Brown??

I think that would look Killer and I would probably choose that over the 2 listed.

But if it's not in the cards I would say Amaro all the way..

Golden brown just doesn't do it for me.... of course that just one persons opinion

I have YMB on Black --- had SS interior been available I would have chosen it over Black...

But a darker brown leather will def look classy in the M..
YOu going w/ carbon trim or Aluminum Please don't say wood

I am not a fan of darker interiors so Cohiba is out for me but agree looks nice! CF trim obviously please haha

Check BMWUSA configurator, all the info there for individual interior options, just not as much info as far as ED pricing on them.

I'll be the first to say I prefer Golden.... saw it in person and thought it was phenomenal.

But then again I was a big fan of cinnamon.

Well geez, sorrrry. Just being honest... Here's my thinking...yas is bold on its own, I think something a little more muted is better.

Golden brown is definitely orange-ish. I guess if you like yas Sahkir then maybe gb is the way to go...

Yas amaro has also been done, and it seems to work nicely. So a little less of an unknown.

I have a feeling that Golden Brown is one of those colors that don't translate well in pictures but is a stand-out in person.

I have been considering the same color combo and have wished for more examples...

Haha I meant that in a happy way! Ya I agree! GB definitely is not muted, stands out. Might clash with YMB.

I could say the same about Amaro brown. Definitely have to see it in person. My biggest fear is ordering GB and regretting the decision if it is straight PUMPKIN ORANGE
