Congrats on the custom Individual order. Those first few photos are the same photos that I was working with BMW Individual Germany when designing my two toned interior. Did you get approval to post them? I'm guessing yes, since they are now well over 18-months old.

Maybe a question for another thread but...

After investigating, looking at costs and mulling over all of the "Individual"
choices you had - And, I'm pretty sure this took months, if not longer -

Why did you get rid of your M3?!?

VIP Special Order Executive has to be the one to enter it. Have your CA contact her. She's a great lady to work with.

I was thankfully able to get my CA to add painted body color trim to my M3 order, although he is told that due to a technical issue, the aluminum blade trim finishers cannot be painted body color, so I was forced to go with carbon fiber.

Does anyone know if we can add colored seat belts to individual interior order? If anyone has tried it, do you happen to know a price range?

wont know unless you submit it. Chances are very high it will be denied or it will cost a ridiculous amount. Best bet is to get them from iND I believe I saw a post that they sell colored belts.

Thank you, I actually saw those and really liked them. Was hoping there was a factory option but I guess not.

there is always a chance, but you wont know unless you submit it to BMW indiv. however I can say I don't think its likely and again even it was, IMO the price would be not worth it.

OP was talking about ordering from BMW individual not buying aftermarket.

like I stated you can get them from iND and that would be the recommend way to go if you wanted colored belts

I know I was responding to you saying you thought IND sold them. Hopefully BMW approves this soon for their Individual program, they really give the interior pop

gotcha. Yea iND def will get anyone covered and almost anytime you can wish or think there was some sort of cool thing to do to your car chances are they offer it or will do it.

Sorry guys. I inquired about this when I ordered the Fashion Grey M3 a couple of years ago and they do not offer this as an Individual Option. You can however pay for a crash test and get them, but that is crazy money and not worth it as an Individual Option. If you go aftermarket they should perform just as good as factory though. IND can definitely take care of you!

Sold it for an individual GT3 immediately and also has a GTS as well now. Things are going well obviously

FYI:

If I recall correctly, there were two Black Trim Finisher options available when I did my build.

One was plastic, the other was an actual metal. I got the latter ("4LX").

What you're suggesting can be done, if so desired.
